The harness bar measurement is basically the measurement of the distance between your B-pillar seat belt harness bolts. When measuring, you should get a measurement in the range of 47-52 inches.  If your measurement is 47 inches, then the HBR-001 is the correct harness bar.  If you get any measurements greater than that, you would be able to use either the HBR-002 or HBR-003.  These two bars are both adjustable and the only real difference is that the HBR-002 does not have the additional looping bars for excess harness to be tied to.
